You may be asking yourself, what the downsides of working out with your partner might be. Give me anything heavy and I am happy. She believes that the mobility she gaines through yoga directly impacts her abilities as a CrossFit athlete, as well as solidifies her belief that mobility is a large part of what makes exceptional competitors. My least favorite would be snatches and overhead squats! I started Crossfit with my daughter all the way back in I have 2 big things that I know I worried about: Not knowing anyone and Not knowing some of the movements. In that first month, I hit or bettered almost every single lift I had ever kept track of with ease.

Pushing Past Your Limit
Least favorite-burpees and double unders…. My favorite movements have to be the Olympic lifts, specifically the snatch and clean and jerk. She added that because of t heir busy schedules, this allowed them time in the evening to hang out with one another on a regular basis. I was previously a national athlete for gymnastics, and would love to get back to that point with CrossFit. I enjoy pushing myself, finding my limits, and reaching past them!

Known in-house as the Leaders Class, this program is perfect for ages They are a joy to have in class and an all-around great couple. We have amazing coaches who will help you with all your goals and the family you come to know at Crossfit will also be there every step of the way. I would say I am pretty good at jump roping, but throw in completing doubles on every jump and I was out. I flew through the fundamentals classes and I was onto the Fitness section of my CrossFit life. Plus the coaches are nice and provide scaled versions!
What is it they always say? I did CrossFit on my own for a couple of years before We moved to Charleston. I had never really lifted before, had only incorporated running into my exercise plans. After six years I can honestly say I am a better version of myself and highly encourage anyone to join this community. I made the decision right then and there to make a change for the better. And prizes will be rewarded!
